Common documents witnessed include:

• Consent letters for children traveling abroad;
• Letters of Invitation;
• Lost passports or identification documents;
• Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union;
• Pension-related documents for immigration-related matters.

We also offer services related to immigration matters, citizenship matters, including appeals to the Immigration and Refugee Board.

Our pricing structure is as follows:

• $100.00CAD per document for the first 3 documents
• $30.00CAD for each additional document thereafter

Payment options include cash, debit, cheque, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. For document preparation by Mr. Kashif Zeeshan, our hourly consultation rate of $150 CAD applies.

Some documents require a Commissioner to verify the proper administration of an oath. Mr. Kashif Zeeshan will witness signatures and affirmations of document contents’ truthfulness. Commissioners endorse their names, the expiry date of their appointment, and the phrase “A Commissioner for Oaths in and for Ontario” on documents.
